3. Clinic and Salon Access to Booking Data
When a customer or patient books through a clinic- or salon-specific QR code or booking link, the relevant clinic or salon and its authorised users may access the information required to manage that booking, token, and queue. Each clinic or salon is responsible for using customer information only for legitimate appointment and service purposes and for protecting its login credentials.
4. Consent and Accuracy
By submitting personal information through Slot Manager, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Where consent is required by law, you may withdraw consent by contacting us. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing services that require the relevant information.
5. Cookies
Slot Manager uses only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for login, session management, security, and core website functionality. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. How We Share Information

- The clinic or salon selected by the customer or patient
- Authorised clinic or salon administrators and staff
- Hosting, database, email, security, and technical service providers that help operate Slot Manager

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.
7. Data Storage and Security
Slot Manager is an online service. Information is stored on the website’s hosting server and database; it is not stored only on the user’s phone. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS transmission, account authentication, access controls, and restricted administrative access. Users and client businesses must keep usernames, passwords, tracking codes, and devices secure.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal data breach, we will take reasonable steps to contain, investigate, and address it and will provide notices where required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide appointment, token, queue, account, support, security, and legal functions. A parent or guardian submitting an appointment for a child confirms that they are authorised to provide the child’s information. Slot Manager provides appointment, token, and queue management technology. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, salon services, or professional recommendations. The relevant clinic, doctor, healthcare professional, salon, or service provider is responsible for the services it provides. Live queue position and waiting time are estimates and may change.

Slot Manager may contain links to clinic, salon, communication, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Users should review those policies before submitting information to a third party.
